CAN I INCLUDE A NOTE IF SENDING A GIFT?

Yes, you can add a complimentary note with your gift order. At the checkout screen, let us know in the comment box. We hand write each note on a kraft paper 4"x 2.75" card with envelope.

THE CANDLE I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK

Since we pour in small batches, some of our candles may not be available from time to time. You can click on the "Notify When Back In Stock" and you will receive an email to let you know when it is available for purchase. 

HOW FRAGRANT ARE YOUR CANDLES?

Our products are designed to enhance a room rather than overpower it. Because of this, the scent throw will be more intimate than other paraffin based candles on the market. Our 8oz candles are best used in small to medium rooms to obtain a higher scent throw. 

HOW LONG IS MY CANDLE GOOD FOR?

We suggest burning your candle within a year from purchase. Due to the nature of soy wax, you may experience some frosting on top as the candle ages. This is a normal side effect of soy wax and does not effect the burn or scent throw of the candle. 

MY CANDLE ARRIVED BROKEN, WHAT DO I DO?

Although we’ve gotten pretty good at making sure our candles are packaged well, sometimes things happen! If your order arrives broken please contact us within a week of receiving your package and we will assist you.

DO YOU INCLUDE THE RECEIPT IN THE PACKAGE?

Your order will have a packaging slip that includes what was purchased as well as who it was purchased by. There won't be a receipt with the amount spent as you will receive an electronic version. If the package is a gift and includes a gift note, we will not include any packing slip.

WHAT IS FSC CERTIFIED WOOD?

The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international, not-for-profit organization whose mission is promoting responsible forest management and the production of sustainable lumber and wood products.

Their goal is to protect natural resources by promoting environmentally sustainable, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world’s forests, from which the majority of our lumber and wood products are sourced, with the objective of helping to protect animal habitats, indigenous people’s rights and communities, worker’s rights, and areas of significant environmental and cultural importance.

IF I CHOSE "NONE" FOR PACKAGING, HOW IT THE CANDLE SAFELY PACKAGED FOR DELIVERY?

If you choose no packaging for your candle, it will be wrapped in 100% recycled paper to ensure a safe delivery.
